PregnancyAn Antepartum Doula provides practical and emotional support in a family's home during pregnancy. This service can be especially helpful for women who are on bed rest, pregnant mothers with other children, or women experiencing Hyperemesis Gravidarum (very severe morning sickness), depression/anxiety, or other pregnancy complications.

PostpartumA Postpartum Doula provides nonjudgmental support in a family's home after they bring baby home. This includes practical help (such as dishes, laundry, & caring for baby while you sleep), breast & bottle feeding support, assurance & emotional support, and informational support (such as newborn care, resources, & referrals).

LactationA Certified Lactation Counselor provides knowledge and counseling about optimal and suboptimal breastfeeding. A CLC is qualified to offer lactation education, observe breastfeeding sessions and use a counseling approach to trouble-shoot and help solve breastfeeding problems, and referr to IBCLC's or health care professionals, as needed.
